*Do you ship internationally?

-yes, we ship worldwide with priority mail with no extra charge.

*What is the cost of international shipping?

-all shipping charges are included in the price.

*What service do you ship with?

-we ship with priority mail with tracking number (shipping time about 7-14 business days) to the following countries: United States, Belgium, UK, Germany, Netherland, Canada, France, Spain, Switzerland, Sweeden, Australia.

to every other country, we ship with registered mail with tracking number (shipping time about 14-24 business days).

*What is Returns and Refunds policies?

- we accept returns for any reason 30 days after you receive the Ring.

- within 14 days,  we cover the return shipping (yes really if you like to return the jewel well cover the shipping costs).

- 14-30  days after you receive the package the buyer pays the return shipping.

*What size can I order?

Every ring is made to order, so you can pick the size that fits you best, the rings available in sizes 4-12 US, in increments of 0.25.

-all of our jewelry custom made from 925 sterling silver / 9K gold and genuine gems, we carefully select the materials from trusted vendors to ensure the highest quality product.
